Chinoiserie
Chinoiserie / The Chinoiserie collection, with its roots in the 18th century, takes the elaborate swirls of the Chinese "Foo Dog," or guardian lion, and abstracts them into a mesmerizing wave-like motif. Chinoiserie-style decor blended well with the asymmetrical curves of Louis XV designs, and they can often be found paired together. This collection looks stunning in finishes with a heavy patina to accentuate all of the detailed line work, such as Antique Gold or Polished Nickel Antique.
